I have been trying to order products from EE, particular the AirPods Max with EE finance. And everytime I get to the checkout page and input my card details, I get a feedback that there is payment error. This has been happening with all my cards that I input. I’m frustrated, can someone help me please

@Aces77 Thanks for confirming, the only other thing I would recommend to make sure its not something account based is trying to checkout on a different device if you have not already.
If it continues I would recommend speaking with one of our guides in our electronics team on 0800 0790 062 and they will try and help get this issue resolved.

I am sorry you are having an issue making a purchase online. Have you tried checking out via both the website and the app?
If using the website have you tried other browsers? Do you have any VPN in use and have you tested on a data and Wi-Fi connection?

Thanks for the reply. I’ve used both the website and the app and both are giving me issues. I’ve tried various browsers. My internet connection is great and I do not have any VPN on.
