EE Apple TV box

I was promised an exchange for my TV box Pro for a EE Apple TV box. (no charge) a few weeks ago. On phoning I’m told that they seem to be out of stock. Is this the case?

@StBotolph  If that’s when you’ve been told I’ll assume it’s correct.  if EE are waiting on stock to arrive for EE TV  it’ll be a case of waiting.   These aren’t exactly the same as an Apple TV purchased elsewhere as these are registered to work with EE TV so you get that service via the AppleTV box, other than that it’s exactly the same Apple TV box.
