Got a replacement iPhone I didn’t get chance to change the eSIM. EE sent me a replacement via the app. Now it says it’s sending me a pin via text however I can’t receive texts as the eSIM isn’t activated. Dose anyone know what to do?

Welcome to the community.
You would need to have the previous phone and SIM access and available to be able to set up a new eSIM in the EE app, as it would need to send the text code through for security.
If that isn't an option, you can either go to an EE store with some photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) to get an eSIM activated, or give our team a call to have a QR code sent in the post to activate it again.
