Apple Music help

Hello ive had Apple music as an inclusive extra on my phone contract for around 3 years, took out a new contract yesterday and now when i try to sing up to apple music it says ive got no EE subscriptions. but it says i have on my EE app as an extra and it shows its chosen too, spent an hour on the phone to EE today with no help. they then said its apples fault and sent me the apple help page, but as you can imagine they have been no help at all!

I can understand your frustration with not being able to get Apple Music working with the new plan.

Which plan have you taken?

If you text PICK to 150, does it confirm that Apple Music is set up there?

Did you get a text to set up Apple Music when the new plan started?
