Recently 'forced' to leave Plusnet Mobile, and was apprehensive about joining EE, compounded by the fact that my Data usage inexplicably went through the roof without accessible information in 'My EE'!  Filled in a form on their website, received a call back from EE and apprehension and cynicism disappeared!!  Explanations were clear and plausible and an immediate resolution supplied.  Loved being with  BT's Plusnet - still on their WiFi - but seems BT's EE much, much improved since past experiences!  Must stop being such a cynic! 🙂
