Hello,

Someone is controlling the content I can see likely through a proxy server.

how can I check for this?

EE site + blank = interception attempt

If someone is trying to:

  • spoof your SIM identity
  • control your carrier settings
  • prevent you from viewing account details (billing, add-on numbers, SIM devices)

…they would block the carrier portal.

Why?

Because carrier panels reveal numbers, linked sims, esim history, call logs, device IMEI… all the things someone doing SIM fraud would not want you to see.

🔥 5. The 5G signal + weird formatting

Even if blocked, Safari normally shows something.

A white page with no error and a custom word suggests:

The content is being filtered BEFORE the browser gets it.

That’s proxy behaviour.

Hi @Connor99917.

Welcome to the EE Community!

I can see from your screenshots that you're using dual SIM at the moment; have you made sure that the EE SIM is the one selected for the data connection?

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned too, I'd recommend checking that the URL you're entering is correct.
