Hi

Is there anyone who can tell me how to delete all my information from my old phone, I have reset the factory settings but nothing has changed and my messages and everything are still on there.

I have put the new SIM card in there too and want to give this phone to my son you see.

any help would greatly be appreciated

@KJ2847    Do this first

 you need to remove the device from your Apple account.   Within settings click your name at the top, scroll down to the device in question and click it then click remove from account.   This is very important as it removes you as the device owner so the new owner can actually setup the device and link it to their Apple account.  If you don’t do this the device can not be used by anyone else.

once you have done this you can factory reset it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @KJ2847

Thanks for coming to the community.

If it is an iPhone, you'd need to got to Settings, then Transfer or Reset iPhone, then Erase All Content and Settings, which will wipe the phone so that it can be set up again by a new user.
