Cant send SMS messages

For some reason I can’t send text messages to a non apple phone I get a red explanation mark that says not delivered. I have signal, unlimited texts and the right number but I can’t text anyone with an android. I’ve restarted my phone but it hasn’t fixed anything. Please help! 🙂

@ponki  The texts to iPhones are they texts or iMessages ?  What colour is the bubble?  If it’s blue that’s not a text that’s an iMessage and that’s totally different to text messages.     
 
 Have you been able to text these numbers before now ?

They are green text messages! I have signal and unlimited texts (SMS). I’ve been able to text these numbers before lots of times (they’re family members and friends) but lately I haven’t been able to or sometimes it will let me and sometimes it won’t and tonight it won’t deliver to anyone!

Are you able to text AL or BALANCE to 150, as a test?

I can, texting bal seems to go through okay and it confirms my balance and pack!
