Can’t receive or send email when on 4G

When using 4G mobile data I cannot receive or send email. How can this be rectified?

Who is your email provider? Has this worked previously? Can you use other internet-based functions over mobile data?

Outlook. It’s worked until recently. No other functions are affected.

Do you have Outlook set to use mobile data in your device data settings?
If so, have you tried deleting the email account and setting back up?

Have you checked the app can use mobile data in the device settings?
Can you send and receive emails on another device?
