Can I buy an EE data plan if I buy an Apple Watch Series 6from another retailer?

If I buy an apple watch series 6 (GPS & Cellular) directly from apple how much will it cost for a data plan for it? Is it possible?

@Reegers  you can get the watch from Apple and the cost of the tariff will be £7 per month and you’ll get 10Gb of data per month.  It will be a 30 day rolling contract so you can cancel this any time with 30 days notice.   You set up the tariff via the watch app on the iPhone.

So, if you want to cancel that rolling £7 contract, how do you do it? 

Can you do it on line or is this something you can only do by talking to EE?
