Hi I ordered an accessory paid the upfront cost and I have had no tracking information, or further delivery notifications. It’s also saying my account is in credit of what the upfront cost. So am unsure what’s happening?

@Charlycassidy11  yes your account will be in credit as this will be the upfront cost that you paid for the item.    Before now I have received tracking information from the add to plan store and I’ve also not received tracking before now.
