I am aware a number of EE users in portugal have had an issue making calls after the power outage 5 days ago. My wife and I still cannot make calls (including WiFi calls)
How do we fix?

My WiFi calls and data, texts work just can't make calls. Ee are silent on the the matter

Hi Lesley,
Please can you arrange someone to call me to discuss the issues I am having because if this is not rectified I would have to leave EE and go to another network provider. I am paying a contract which I am not benefiting from.

Update from original post of 03/05:
Both our phones have now received texts from EE saying "Welcome to Portugal", so at least they now know where we are. But still cannot make calls (but can receive calls).
Using Text arranged a callback from tech support. EE aware of the issue and working on it - but cannot give any timeframe for resolution.
