And I put my EE SIM card in There (which I no longer have) the number ended in ****013848 and it randomly became blacklisted please help me as I really wanted to use this phone and I can’t as it’s blacklisted

@shlynsjsj , there is nothing that can be done if blacklisted, only the person who owned the phone and has blacklisted it, can remove the blacklist from it, sorry.
You write it has been blacklisted, are you sure of that, or is it the SIM card that has the problem?

Who was paying for this phone between 2022 when you got it & April 2023 when you started to use it?
When you started to use it when you put an EE SIM in it did it immediately become blacklisted?
Why didn't you use it between 2022 when you got it & April 2023?
