Apple Watch with family setup on pay as you go pkan

I need to setup a voice and data plan for my daughter on her Apple watch using family setup

can I do that if I am on EE pay as you go plans or do I need to get monthly plans for that?

You need a pay monthly plan in order to get an Apple Watch data plan.

I am assuming I also need to have an EE connection . Should that be a monthly plan too??

Yes, you need to have an EE pay monthly phone plan in order to get an Apple Watch plan with us, @Npm123.
