Moving to EE for Apple Watch Family SetUp

Hi - appreciate your post was a long time ago but just wondering if you got this sorted and how you done it? 

i’m in same boat - own my iphone and bought a cellular watch for my child who doesnt have a phone. 

EE customer services have been so unhelpful and have no idea how to set up a cellular sim for kids!

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue setting up an Apple Watch for your daughter. Have you already followed the Apple guide to setup the watch for a family member? 

During that setup it should come to Setup mobile service as explained on that page. If you follow that it should take you to login to your EE online account and then select to buy a plan and make sure its the Family Member plan, agree to the terms etc and it should complete the purchase of the Family member plan for the watch.
