Hi all

Firstly, merry Christmas to you all!

I’ve just bought a sim only plan (Unlimited Full Works for iPhone) and I’m trying to enable mobile data on my Apple Watch.  I get the attached error.

Anyone overcome this or offer a fix?

Many thanks Paul

@psfeder   Via your online EE account you need to change your user status from user to bill payer.   At present you’re not the bill payer so you don’t have authority to add anything to the account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
