Any news on Apple Watch series 10 preorders from EE?

@ilomilo , we have no account access, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. Not sure how you managed to pe-order before everyone else, but if you want more information, you will have to ring customer service and speak to them then.

@Schockwave - I don’t want you to access my account, I was asking if anyone else has had any similar issues. Preorders started on 11th for the Apple Watch as multiple people had said in this thread, so not preordered before anyone else.

Just got off the phone and my order is fine for anyone else having similar issues.

Hi - also pre-ordered on the 11th and got confirmation with the xko number.  Tracking that xko numbers shows it was dispatched.  No other updates since then, no DPD text, no new accounts showing in my EE account.

It’s a strange one, but the EE guide said there was no problems with the order and it’s just a waiting game. Was your variant showing >28 days? 

Can’t see your image but sounds like good news?!

Yeah hopefully will receive it by tomorrow maybe, but the Nomad Modern Leather Band I have ordered for it will arrive on the 25th that’s another wait ..!

Ordered an Ultra 2 black with Titanium Milanese, no news yet and tracking isn't showing anything 😞

At point of purchase on the phone, they said I would receive it on launch day. I called yesterday after not receiving a DPD tracking number to confirm that I'd still be getting it today, where the guide said, verbatim, "you will get it tomorrow, 100%".

Sold my Apple Watch Ultra 1 last night, and today... No DPD number, no tracking, and stuck on this:

Order confirmed, no expected delivery date...Order confirmed, no expected delivery date...

Contacted EE today, and the agent that I spoke to said that there's been stock issues specifically with the Watch Ultra2 49mm Blk Milanese, and they started to pass the buck to Apple. They said if I wanted to, I could get a different Ultra 2 Watch. They confirmed that they currently have 0 units of that watch in stock, and eluded to a potential issue with the strap. I don't personally buy the "issue with the strap" comment, but hey-ho. 

As always with stuff like this, it's frustrating because systems should have presented the two guides information relating to the delayed delivery of the Ultra 2 with the Black Milanese. They also said 28 days+, though I'm unsure if that's for new orders, or if it applies to existing orders. 

I'm pretty sure that EE would have had a degree of awareness, the day they were shipping out the new products, as to whether they would have the stock to fulfil my order; yet as always, first line teams either do not have the information they need to make this judgement, or they don't know how to check for it. They give the answer you want to hear, and then on the day where people are waiting to receive their product, only then can they confirm you're not getting it.
