No one knows what is going on. I was told it was Friday but numerous agents and that any attempt to order would fail. Now they’re saying it’s today. Was it a 28 day wait for yours?

I just preordered today. Website said 28 days but the operator said around the 20th. But I’ve been at this rodeo many times and I’m not counting on it arrive on launch day. I ordered the 46mm gold titanium version.

Mines never said how many days just said it was preorder for launch day who knows when it’ll turn up haha

It’ll be 20th then. I’m losing patience now. Been chatting for 4 hours now. No one has a clue. I’m upgrading and of course I’ll get a delivery pin sent to my watch number which can’t receive texts

Aw not sure about upgrades tbh can’t u do it on website?

@Jimbob150687 ,why can your watch not receive text?

EE will deliver on a first come first serve as and when they receive them, here we go again, customers complaining, as to why they are not receiving them as it is up to Apple when they deliver them, not EE.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Because Apple Watch numbers don’t receive texts only from main phone number. Also I was registered to be notified when the watch went on preorder.  Lucky o went online to check and there they were, 28 days dispatch. Then I needed to change my plan so not to be ripped off as usual by paying for the device again when it’s paid off. I was then told it’s not today but Friday 13 numerous times. So yeah I’m **bleep**ed

The complaints arrive when customer service tell people they will be delivered on launch day when they have no guarantee of this. I've done this many times now and ignore the dates cs says and just go off the website.

The website for my watch clearly says longer than 28 days, however the cs operator said launch day! This is when you get complaints.

I know the system so wont be complaining but many customers dont.

It’s a shame given new plans that they’ve not spilt the watches into device plan and airtime plan. Meaning people who have the all rounder etc would save as the data plan is included in that phone plan.
