Apple Watch Ultra 3 delivery times?

What’s people’s experience with delivery times for AWU3?
I ordered yesterday and been advised 14-21 days.
Up until now it’s been a similar wait time stated on Apple’s website too, but as of today they are available for deliver and pick up with Apple from tomorrow, 23rd October.
Does this mean that EE customers should expect more expeditious deliveries?

Ordered on the 14th, told it was 7 days or less - still waiting

Hm that sounds good…

I also ordered a watch, and they said it would be shipped within 7 days, but the order tracking still shows nothing… I placed the order on the morning of the 17th — that’s really bad.

If I buy it directly from Apple in the city, I could already pick it up tomorrow.

9 days. Not bad even if over what was stated.

Do let us know when you get dispatch and I’ll do the same.

I called them, and they told me that it was handed over to DPD today — interestingly, about 10 minutes later I got a text message saying it’s coming tomorrow.

Happy day’s 😉

Ordered Watch Ultra3 49mm Nat Nat MilLoop L on 2nd October with a 28 day plus wait.

Phoned on the 23rd of October was told I would have the watch within 21 days from the 23rd of October which is the same if I had ordered the same watch on the 23rd October and not the 2nd of October.

Seems like there are dark arts of supply chain going on here. I have currently zero expectations in receiving this watch at present despite paying £30 upfront on the 2nd of October.

Will update this post with what happens over the coming weeks (or months). Wish I had bought from Apple but I was also told EE don’t sell an Apple Watch SIM only to pair with an existing EE phone.

Last Thursday the advisor messed up my order and placed it as a regular Natural Titanium watch with a Milanese strap instead of the one I wanted. I paid £30 upfront and £6.98 for DPD express next day delivery — she said it should arrive on Tuesday.

Since I didn’t have time to read through the paperwork when I ordered it, I only realised afterwards that the “Nat Titanium” wasn’t the Black Titanium version I wanted. So on Friday morning (October 17th) I reordered the correct one and had the regular Titanium order cancelled. The lady processed it right away, but this time there was no express delivery option, only standard dispatch within 7 days.

Yesterday I called them because I was checking the tracking and nothing was happening, even though the advisor said it would be sent within 7 days. During the call, the lady told me it had already been handed over to DPD but she didn’t understand why I hadn’t received any notification yet. Then, about 30 minutes after the call, I finally got a text from DPD saying it would be delivered today at noon.

It’s already on my wrist now — I really hope you’ll receive yours soon too!

This was actually my first time ordering from EE. I always buy my iPhones directly from Apple, and that’s definitely not going to change!
