How do I get my Apple Watch cellular to work ie receive and make calls independently of the phone ☎️ cheers ta ps Merry Christmas 🎅🏻

I called yesterday spent an absolute age on the phone the watch still not working independently of the phone which was the whole point of me buying it, what an absolute shambles of a service and company

@eugeneocarroll   How are you calling the watch ? Are you calling from your iPhone that’s paired to the watch ?  If you are you can not do that as your calling yourself on your own number.   The watch uses your iPhone number to receive/send the calls/texts.

How am I calling the watch? I am trying to call the watch from my phone which is not paired to the watch it’s paired to my wife’s watch next question

Restart phone restart watch unpair watch repair watch reinstall data plan and guess what it still does not work

@eugeneocarroll   You say your watch not the watch that is paired to your wife’s phone.   So it’s your wife’s watch not your watch.

Yes that’s correct my wife’s watch which I purchased as a present to use with her phone which is on my account along with my daughters phone as well I purchased the watch from EE and added it to my account any more details required boss??

Well they promised to call me back today I’m still waiting for a call back o won’t hold my breath though 

After constantly getting onto customer services, we eventually spoke to a lady who knew what to do and we are now up and running.
