Apple Music free subscription not working

Hi

I already had Apple Music so I cancelled my subscription and added the six month free via the EE app. I got the text, followed the link...it’s all verified, and EE shows as me having the add on, but it doesn’t work, my Apple account doesn’t think I have a subscription. 

The only thing I can think is that I’ve had this EE account for 18 months and have only just tried this, but it was still showing available...So don’t know.

Hi there. Having the same problem I was originally with apple. And got a text from EE qouting 6 months free. I activated it and once I opened Apple Music it's not letting my log in my Apple Music. I can't download any songs, I can only listen to my old

downloaded songs.

Did you cancel your subscription with Apple? 

What happens when you log in using the same Apple ID you used previously?
