Hi, i'm due an anytime upgrade, last year i broke the screen so got it repaired, although its a genuine part, it was taken from another iphone so it says 'used' on the about screen in settings. Will this affect the upgrade?
I've had a look at the Upgrade Anytime terms, and it says it would be classed as a damaged device if the repair work was carried out 'by a third party not authorised by EE or the manufacturer', so if it was an approved repair it looks to be fine as long as it meets all of the other criteria on the page.
