@flowergarden   wer?  you were trying to access your Voicemail? It is the server that EE uses for the Visual Voicemail. service.

It pops up regularly throughout the day regardless of what I have been doing on my phone .I haven’t been using any voice messaging ,nothing has changed my end to make this start happening as far as I am aware .When it pops us I have just been pressing cancel to clear it as worried it might download something sinister if I press continue to accept it .There is no pattern to when it poos up ,it comes up regularly and randomly .

Hello ,no I haven’t been trying to use voicemail ,or visual voicemail .It just started popping up out of the blue .It comes up no matter what I’m doing on my phone at any time .

@flowergarden  Clear Safari history.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have cleared safari history twice as per your suggestion but sadly no change .

Hi @flowergarden,

Welcome to the EE Community

As mentioned it looks like your phone is having an issue verifying the Visual voicemail service server. If you have not restarted your phone since the issue began I would restart it to see if that resolves it.

It would also be worth just disabling Visual voicemail, text IPHONE VISUAL OFF to 150. Then once you have the text confirming it is off,  just re-enable afterwards by texting IPHONE VISUAL to 150 and see if that resolves the issue and stops the notifications.
