Amazing Service

Hi, 

 

I just wanted to leave a comment about the absolutely amazing service  have received over the last 24 hours. My phone was pickpocketed on tottenham court road yesterday in a shop at 5pm. I came home and called EE and spoke to an absolutely lovely lady who assured me that she would sort everything out for me. I was passed over to the Insurance team who was also extremely helpful. 9am this morning I got home and a new phone and sim car were waiting for me. I couldn't believe it. 


Absolutely amazing service and would like to say a huge thank you to the lady I spoke to yesterday around 6pm. 

 

I will be an EE customer for life!
