Hi
I ordered AirPods Pro from EE on 16 November, with an order number starting with EE.
The EE site says they were dispatched on 16 November with delivery in 1-2 days, but the DPD tracking says that DPD has not received them. The full amount has been taken from my credit card.
I called EE customer services but they could not help as I do not have an EE phone account, and I do not have the option to cancel the order.
Please can someone from EE help. They were bought as a gift. Very worrying that my money has been taken, no sign of my goods and no way to discuss the order with EE.
Very poor.

Welcome to the community.
I can understand you will want to get your hands on your AirPods, especially if the are showing as dispatched.
When you tried to speak to our customer services team, did you get through to speak to a person? They should have been able to pass you on to our Electronics team, who handle the orders starting EE, so they could check the order.

Now resolved, thanks. They were lost in transit so I received a refund.
