iPad upgrade

I’m due an upgrade in my current iPad but when I try to do it I’m only getting phone options which I don’t want.

It's ok, I won't be ugrading. If I cancel my current ipad contract and take the one I want as a new line it's cheaper. This is for the exact same spec and data plan that I would have taken as an upgrade. This doesn't encourage loyalty to EE!
