Activate mumber for imessage

Recently moved number from 02 to EE got a text saying the number has moved over but its not letting me change it to use the number to send messages and receive. Any help appreciated

@Taylorhurles1  turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then restart the device then go to settings/apps/phone and check your number is displayed correctly. If it is you can now enable iMessage and FaceTime. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
