For some reason I’m getting an error when I try and view eetv app on my Apple 4k box saying I need a valid EE TV subscription code: AAU910. I’ve been a subscriber for a number of years and accessed the app previously, not sure why this is suddenly happening. The Apple TV is on my list of managed devices.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @JElster01,
Welcome to the EE Community
With this error code just confirm you are using the EE Smart hub and the box is connected to your broadband connection?
With this error code, have you checked to make sure the EETV app and the Apple TV box itself is updated to the latest software?
As long as Settings, Apps, Automatically update apps is enabled it should be and Settings, System, Software updates and select Update software for the box itself.
And have both the hub and box been restarted?
If that has all been done it will be best to give our technical team a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 0330 123 1105 from any phone so they can check out your account.
