How do i unlock my phone?
I no longer have the ee sim card, i had the phone unlocked a few years ago to open to any network.
But i did a factory reset and now the phone is locked to ee again. I put new network sim card in but it did not ask for puk or unlock code.
I have the 16 number code that ee gave me, but i can not unlock the phone.

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

I put the card in it then shows the network in the corner but can not connect or make calls, go to settings and network it then picks up a list of various network and the sim card network is listed but after I click the network it says can not register. I know the sim card work because it working on my other phone.

Thanks @cjpweb
If the unlock code was needed this would show on the front screen of the device.
Can you try another SIM card in the phone to see if this works?
Leanne.

That's an MVNO piggy-backing on 3. 3 SIMs don’t always work for unlocking. I should get hold of an O2 or Voda PAYG SIM.
