Don’t know encrypted password

Hi I do not know the encrypted password to enter on phone to start up my device. How can I find this or change this?

@dave_290984 If you don’t know the password you’ll have to factory reset it. The device will be locked to a Google account so you’ll need to your account information in order to set it back up.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
