i would like to inform ee that my mobile phone got stolen

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.

As @XRaySpeX has advised please contact our mobile guides as soon as possible by calling 07953 966 150. They can get the SIM and phone blocked and look into available replacement options.
