invoice number

I recently started a contract in store for a Samsung galaxy s26 and am trying to claim the free galaxy watch8 but I can't find my invoice number. I have my receipt I was given in store and my first bill but I can't seem to find anything on either of them. could anybody help please?

Welcome to the EE Community

What information does the store receipt have on it? Anything like a order number or agreement number will be accepted as the invoice number for the claim.
