can't find WiFi calling

So I recently bought a new Sony Xperia 5 ii, and can't make or receive calls on it. From what I can see I need to turn on the WiFi calling option, sounds simple enough, only there is no option at all anywhere on the phone to do this which is annoying and inconvenient. Any help would be appreciated.

Was the phone bought from EE directly?
