Who do EE use when returning a device?

Just checking as plan to return my pixel fold and keep my pixel 7 pro. I got a returns pack through the post but nothing in the bag just the labels on the bag. It says it’s going to xpo warehouse just checking that this is who EE use to send the phone back to? Don’t want to send it in this bag and it not being EE. I imagine it is just wanted to check as there’s no EE on the bag

To check the address for your return please call us on 150 and the team can look into which postcode this is to be returned to and confirm this is the correct return package for the device.

any reason why you are returning the fold. I was about to pull the trigger and am on the ropes so just thought I ask.
