S22 not updating (security)

Hello, I have the S22U and the last security update it has taken was October 2022. This is concerning. I have a ticket out with Samsung via the internal querying system and have dealt with Samsung UK via FB messenger but have yet to get a satisfactory resolution. My wife also has the S22U on EE and her last patch was 30 Aug 2023. The message on my phone is that it us up to date, quite obviously it is not. All suggestions received will be welcomed, before I contact EE direct. Certainly, currently, heading back to Apple once this phone is upgradeable.

Hi @Dhjpaisley
Type *#1234# into the keypad and post the three sets of code.
Also try booting into safe mode and clearing the system cache. You could also try backing up and factory reset.
