Where's my Samsung zflip 4

How come I cant track my order I ordered a zflip 4 but cant find nothing about my order n really want the phone to be delivered soon

@BaileY720s  You can not track it as one hasn’t been allocated to you.  You might find EE have shipped all the devices they received from Samsung and are now waiting on another delivery so they can ship them. 

Cheers man that kind of sucks if it's true but hope EE get more zflip 4 in soon I really want a better phone

Also, which model including size and colour did you order?

Might of been around the the 12th or maybe abit later n I ordered the 128gb model in blue colour 

Is it possible to cancel my order because it was an upgrade and the replacement sim they send out don't work it just says the sim isn't registered to any networks

Have you spoken to Customer Services to activate the Sim Card on 0800 956 6000 as it could  just need activating??

I haven't so may try that tomorrow when they open because it's not working when I try it online I'm getting no texts on my new/ replacement sim
