How do I exchange everything over from my old phone to my new phone, without losing my files pictures etc?

When do I get the samsung watch that was included in the phone offer?

If they're Samsungs use Samsung Smart Switch . The 1 should have it installed.

In terms of the watch, this is likely something that needs to be claimed from Samsung after your qualifying purchase.

Do you know what phone you purchased and we can have a look for the claim link for you?
