I needed to revert from S23 Ultra to my old phone.
WhatsApp backed up to Google etc. But it wouldn't load, kept crashing. Presumably, corrupted backup somehow.
WhatsApp support is useless. They haven't helped. Google the same. Does anyone have any ideas.? Over the years, I'm looking at losing over half a million messages. Some for work, some personal and sentimental.
