Hi 

I ordered a new Google watch yesterday online, I had DPD out this morning with the watch but I never received an email or a code so the driver was unable to give me the product. 

 

What do I do?

That's a great choice of product there! 

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the pin for the DPD driver.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app, as you can find your PIN in there.

I'd also suggest contacting us so that a guide can get the delivery of your watch arranged for you again.

It won't allow me to register on the DPD app as it won't send me a code to my current watch as that's the number it's been upgraded from.

If you're still unable to check this from there, I would definitely give our team a call like @Chris_S mentioned. 

They'll be able to take a look at your options with the order, and make sure we have the correct contact number linked with this moving forwards.

The contact number is correct as the DPD driver told me, but as it connects to my watch only I haven't had any messages with any details about this. So I'm not sure whether the number is inactive

If the contact number is the watch number and you have this connected to your mobile, the watch number would only be for billing purposes and all texts and calls would use the same number as the phone. 

Are you able to log into the DPD app using the mobile number or the registered email address you have with us? If not, please call us and the team will certainly check the order and see what options are available.

I can log in using my email address but it doesn't come up with any orders. 

And if I log in using the mobile number it asks for a code that I can't receive
