Warranty period on Google Pixel 8 handset only

Can anyone tell me the warranty period for a Google Pixel 8 handset that I ordered through EE in December 2023? I'm having a green screen issue and don't know if I need to contact EE to resolve or Google direct.

Hi Pete 

I've filled in the form , tells me I qualify for a replacement free battery. Clicked on local EE store, confirmed I'm legible.

But then when I went onto the EE shop they said they know nothing about it .

Thanks @UTFC-55, if possible can you please pop up a screenshot of the message that mentions you're eligible? 

Just make sure to mask any personal details that may be included.
