Does warranty cover a faulty charging plug? My TCL devices doesn't charge very well using a different make of plug. The device charges extremerly slow. If I wiggle the USB connection it will charge but again only slowly.
I have had my device for just under 3 months? I am on contract
can anyone advise me on what action to take to resolve my issue please????

It sounds like the charging cable may have been damaged. Have you tried using the TCL plug with a different cable?
