Voicemail not working

Hi have a Samsung S9 and for some reason my VM stop working few weeks ago.

Trier all that bit on VM ON to 150 but it does come back with we are experiencing technical problems. Try VM off and that get accepted... really weird bit my VM still don't work

@Raph1506  Try “voicemail divert on” to 150 

you could even try holding down the number 1 key on your dial pad and wait for that to call your voicemail then listen to the options given. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
