Voicemail Pixel Watch

Hi

If I try to access Voicemail on the Pixel Watch LTE without the phone around it gets a "number out of service" response.

It works fine when connected via Bluetooth.

Is there a setting or do I need a call?

Same for the Galaxy Watch 5, not good 😞
