Hello Jordan, thank you for this update! Can you please push internally to get this enabled also for Pixel phones?

Thank you!

Thanks for coming to the community and feeding this back. I'll make sure this is passed on.

Hi I originally had a iPhone 17 pro on my Ee plan , and used visual voicemail , I recently bought a Samsung s26 ultra and EE still says iPhone visual voicemail when I contact them

They told me I had to get in touch with Samsung , surely as Samsung says they just need to provision it on the line as a Samsung , or is it the same ? Please

Hi @Miketaxi52,

Welcome to the EE Community

They are the same add-on to your account, so it saying iPhone visual voicemail should not effect your ability to use it with your Samsung.

If you do have it provisioned on your account already you should be able to enable it by going to Phone app>3 dots menu> Settings> Voicemail> Visual Voicemail.

If you don't have it provisioned you should be able to text VISUAL to 150 to add it. If you already have it but you are unable to enable it you can try removing it via VISUAL OFF to 150 and then re-enable it and that may resolve it for you.

Hello Alex, on my end there seem to be an issue with 150 not "understanding" the voicemail-related text messages.

Whenever I text VISUAL OFF, or VISUAL, or VISUAL ON, or Visual Voicemail, to 150, I always and only get this message back:

-----

You can text the following codes to 150 for free while in the UK or abroad.

BALANCE for more info on your remaining credit, allowances, plans, add-ons or free boosts,

RO country name for roaming rates (eg, RO SPAIN),

DATAROAMING to chose a data roaming bundle (outside EU only)

ALL PLANS for a list of packs available,

VO followed by voucher number (Incl mobile number at the end if topping up a different phone - VO XXXXXXXXX for example),

VM ON or VM OFF to control diverts to your voicemail

NOW if you have bought another pack and want to start it early,

STOP PACK to stop any active packs from recurring. More info can be found at ee.co.uk/textservices

-----

Is this normal? Am I not supposed to receive something that says "thank you dear user, visual voicemail has been switched ON/OFF" ?

Hi @matteventu,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

Yes you should get a confirmation that Visual voicemail is being setup and then one to confirm when its done. From the reply you have received it seems like you may be on a pay as you go plan rather than a pay monthly contract plan?

If that is the case that will be the issue as visual voicemail is not currently available on pay as you go.
