Hi after texting UP to 150 it tells me i can upgrade now. I then go to the ee upgrade website and it tells me i cant. I cant call because my anxiety is at an all time high during phone calls, it is really difficult to communicate. Is there anyone i can message to sort this, like a chat thing? Thank you.

If you are on a monthly contract, then you will find the live chat via the EE App by scrolling down and clicking on help, just make sure that you have the latest app.

There's a reason for.......I have the same issue, cant upgrade via app or online.  UP-SELLING, they want you to call and expect you to stay on the line for 30 mins while they give you a worse deal than offered on the app. and try to get you to switch anything else you have over to them.  Had to give up, got bored holding...........They cannot match the advertised deals on the app........Surely there's rules and regulations for this type of behavior?
