Since I transferred from O2 to EE my RCS is not working is stuck on verfiy then says unable to verify status code 3000... I have tried everything factory reset disabling Google messages uninstall app updates clear storage and cache nothing is working I was promised everything will be working from the get get go this is not the case I have a new SIM being sent out spoke to Google.they are blaming EE if this SIM doesn't fix the issue then I will leave ee and not come back

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Technical Team will be able to send a Network Update to your SIM card which will refresh the SIM card information with your new number and help the RCS servers verify your number straight away.
