Ive just had the new samsung 26ultra  , asked if they were doing offers with buds like o2 and said no offers available  and to go on shop and get them that way , yet had txt through today uograde to s26 and get buds for £1! Not amused

Offers come & go, prices always vary.

Take the best offer you can at the time. Buying via online or telesales gives you the statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return.

@Julsgriff that offer is probably from Samsung not EE.

I can understand the frustration at missing out on the offer.

With this particular offer, it has just started today for purchases of the devices in the Samsung S26 range, so at the point of upgrading the team were right in saying there was nothing available at the time.
