Update bug

Since my phone updated last week, it has remained dead. It states it’s charging but won’t turn on! I’ve managed to turn it on once and it stated the battery was 100% when doing a battery check however the battery claims to have 50%  and this does not go up or go down, it will just turn off and it now won’t turn back on! Any suggestions? I’ve looked into it and read about a bug in the latest update. Anyone else has this issue. I am ready to smash it into tiny little pieces to be honest!😂

Sorry to hear your Galaxy Z Flip7 has been playing up since the update, especially with it not powering on properly and the battery readings looking off. 

As this seems to be affecting both power and battery behaviour, it’s best to get in touch with our technical team so they can run through some checks with you and take a closer look.
