Unlocking phone

Hi I'm trying to unlock my phone and it won't let me passed this page - it wont let me depress 'VERIFY IMEI NUMBER

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi thanks for reply, I attempted to carry out this action via EE browser - the phone is very old so i thought there maybe some difficulties doing this.

What is the make and model of the device as you maybe correct as if an old handset then its unlikely EE can unlock it.
