I have four daily alarms set on my Motorola g7 power phone (also one weekly alarm) recently the daily ones seem to switch off (overnight?) - all four seem to switch off, the weekly one is OK. Can anyone suggest a couse for this?

The other two things to try (you've probably tried the first already), are to restart your phone and clear the cache on your clock:

Go to Apps > Clock > Storage > Clear Cache.

I meant just to set an alarm, say in a minutes time, just to test if it works.

Hi @peterg

Welcome to the community.

Is your phone on the latest software? Have you tried turning off the alarms and re-setting them up?

Is there a 'silence after' option in your clock settings, @peterg?

Do they always switch off since you noticed the problem, or do they sometimes work?

Hi there is a silence after option currntly set at 10 minutes - have not changed it was not aware of it before - I only notice quite recently, i may have put it down to personal error but four different limes is stretchin credulity.

I've been reading a few similar threads on the internet, @peterg

Some users have said that their alarm clock volume had reset to zero, somehow. It may be worth checking that. Under Clock > Settings > Volume buttons - make sure this is not "Control volume".

If you search 'quick settings' on your phone, can you find the 'say snooze' and 'say stop' settings, @peterg?

If so, could you switch those off and test an alarm please?
